Svetlana: I had a friend who lived in a Big Turtle Condo... and I visited her often when I lived in the area. What a great condo, and what a great place to live. So nice, and so incredibly convenient. I hope your Broker's Open House went well... there are quite a few offices in that area, as I recall. I hope some of them attended.

Karen Anne - Big Turtle II is still a very nice place to live. This association has benn hit by foreclosure crisis, and we experienced a big decline in prices during last few years. However, lower prices always mean a higher need in a substantial investment in repairs, redecoration, updates, etc. Our listing is a very good example of one which has everything done. That's what the meaning of condo lifestyle is - carefree, maintenance free living in a good, friendly community.
