By the way. In your description, you list the home as having "one partial bathroom." I am betting it has a shower, but no tub. I would call it a full bath if I were you. The description makes it sound more like it''s a half bath. Just my two cents.
Here lower-than-2001 would be a real steal. Lower than 2004 would be a good buy.
