Cleveland Real Estate: Opportunity to Get $5,000 Welcome Home Grant

Cleveland Real Estate market is dis-balanced and full of opportunities.

We started a discussion on the problems and big opportunities of today's dis-balanced Real Estate market in Greater Cleveland in a previous post. It was mentioned that it may be a very good choice for home buyers who use mortgage financing to consider buying the properties, which have been rehabbed and remodeled by investors.

Here is one more opportunity for Cleveland home buyers who have limited funds for down payment: Welcome Home $5,000 Grant available to persons and families with low or moderate income.

For new applications starting March 1st, 2011 until all money is reserved, you can get up to $5,000 towards purchase of your new home.

Here are few criteria you need to meet:

  • Annual income should not exceed $51,840 for family of 1 or 2; and $59,616 for family of 3 and more people.
  • You should have an executed purchase agreement
  • You should make a contribution of minimum $500 (not too much, HUH!)

Please do not delay - previous funds have been used extremely fast.

Just few examples of great properties which you can buy using this money:

Updated duplex in University Heights, OH

Euclid OH - updated home, violation free

Don't miss this incredible opportunity!

Comments

Oh, almost forgot to mention that after 5 years the entire sum of the Grant is forgiven!

The credit loans are important for people, which would like to start their business. By the way, it's very comfortable to get a small business loan.

I live in Fort Greene, and we've considered nhhoiboreogd parking passes, but it's very, very hard to get the ball rolling on those things. It takes a ton of steam and support to succeed. Plus, it seems extreme if its just a safety concern at hand.As far as the security guards, Brooklyn Heights used to do the same thing back when the 84th really didn't give them much coverage. Now look at the place, the biggest hazard they have is littering outside a trash bin.Maybe a carpool would also be a way to solve it, hiring a private car or transport van to shuttle people from the late-night subway stops, and double-duty as a sort of watchdog.
