Seller's guide to Buyer's market. How to sell in Greater Cleveland today.

Spring begins.  Housing market is not changing. It is still slow, tough, and "buyer's".  Does it mean that this is the worst time to sell your Greater Cleveland Real Estate? I don't think so.

First of all, if you really need to sell, please do it now. Be serious. Be prepared. Stay focused. Banks' aggressive acquisition and pricing strategy may make things even worse for diligent private sellers. Buyers still prefer the normal, alive, warm and loving homes vs. bank owned houses. But it's a matter of price. You can not compete with the banks in letting your house go for nothing.

I used scribd.com to upload my presentation and then just followed the Brad's instruction, which was precise and worked great. Thank you Brad! I'm a big fan of Power Point. What an advantage of being an Active Rainer!

Keith - I believe the sellers like it. I used it once in lieu of listing presentation when the lisitng appointment  just happened pretty suddenly. Result was impressive - I won that presentation (four more agents were interviewed by the seller). In less than four month we sold that house for a very good price for today's market. Seller was very appreciative as his listing was on the market for 26 long mnths before he hired me.
